Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Workforce Survey: During these times of tremendous change in the healthcare environment, NNPs must be able to accurately describe the characteristics of their workloads and practice sites. With this need in mind, NANNP conducted a national survey to obtain data for the first-ever, nationwide composite of the NNP workforce. Areas of focus are descriptive analyses of the workforce and comparative analyses in such areas as acuity, patient load, shift length, and type and size of NICU.
